Brief

To convert strip out existing 40000 sq ft unit & create 3 no 14000 sq ft units

  1. Strip out all fixtures & fittings left by outgoing tenant
  2. Provide 2 hour hoarding
  3. Strip back sprinkler system
  4. Strip back electrical & mechanical services
  5. Alterations to form new shopfronts inc toughened glazed doors
  6. Form new 2 hour separation walls with deflection
  7. Provide new electrical & water supplies to newly formed units
  8. Form new disabled toilets & mini kitchens to new units
  9. Prepare & decorate new &existing walls
Realm Properties have instructed Kerf Interiors to carry out extensive enabling works to their Freeport site
at JCT 32 Castleford  following the vacation of an existing tenant.
The works involve splitting a 6000sq ft unit into a 3000 & 2 x  15000 sq ft units,
providing 2 new shop fronts & 2 hour separation walls.
All the relevant services were altered to suit  the 3 new areas .
